Here are a couple methods of getting pictures from GT5 to your PC.

Using Phototravel
1. When you get your picture, go into the photo album.
2. On the picture, hit triangle and select "export to XMB menu"
3. Then you go into the XMB and copy the picture to an external hard drive (flashdrive, memory card, etc.)

Using a replay
1.Go into "Practice" mode.
2. Select the track you want.
3. Do whatever you want to get a picture of (like a drift or a burnout)
4. Go back to the track's main screen (where you can tune your car, etc.)
5. Select "Replay".
6. Select "Photo Mode"
7. Take your picture.
8. When you get your picture, go into the photo album.
9. On the picture, hit triangle and select "export to XMB menu"
10. Then you go into the XMB and copy the picture to an external hard drive (flashdrive, memory card, etc.)
